[ The Bullet Bills aren't hard to hit- but most of them don't actually explode when intercepted, instead changing trajectory and hurtling into the ground like bricks. A number of Bowser's minions are forced to scramble out of the way (most don't make it), but quite a few Bullet Bills may rain down toward the badniks, as well. The hammers are harder to hit, but present a similar problem, defying physics and ricocheting all over the place when shot. ]

[ Bowser is not a patient overlord, and having to bat aside errant hammers isn't helping his temper- he stomps his feet petulantly and roars. ]

Alright, fine, we'll settle this the old-fashioned way! CHARGE those rust-buckets! As for you...

[ As Goombas and Koopa Troopas start running forward, Bowser winds himself up and then leaps into the air, moving ridiculously fast for one so bulky. And he's headed right toward Robotnik's flying egg machine, fully intending to slam into it (and improvise from there)! ]

I'll deal with you myself!!

[at the very least, the Egg Pawns are ready to meet the charging koopas and goombas with lances and shields at the ready.

Eggman, meanwhile, is not so lucky. He tries to maneuver out of Bowser's way, but the koopa king ends up coming close enough to likely latch on to the side. Eggman screams, and scrambles to find the laser pistol he keeps underneath his seat...]

[ If Bowser was the bloodthirsty sort, he'd start by breathing fire and rending the scientist to shreds. But no- he's the showy sort, so he digs his claws in and starts trying to punch and shred the flying craft with his fists, horns and fangs. ]

Gwahaha Let's see how well you fly without an engine!
