[Nope, no heroes here, sorry. Just some chump dressed like he walked into a thrift store and said "I'll take one of everything". The tiger stripe-patterned face mask doesn't really lend credence to that, but it definitely helps make him look even more like an idiot. As does the mecha-crab. Y'know, standard super-villain equipment.]

Oi, you! [And a dramatic point in Kev's direction. The crab mirrors him, extending a pincer.] Get your grubby hands offa that Wonderflonium!

[Not to say that it's his, but he called it first, so it might as well be.]

[The monster robbing the laboratory turned, a predatory grin on its face. Its crystal arm clutched the small package as it raised its fire arm at the intruder.]

How bout no?

[And with that, a burst of flame fires toward the stranger.]

[Yeah, probably should've seen that one coming. Thankfully, the crab's a lot faster than it looks and scuttles in front of him to take the blast. The paint job's a little scorched, but that's about it. Panicked, he digs a smartphone out of his pocket and starts to fiddle with it.]

Fine! If you won't listen, I'll make ya listen! Dōtonbori Robo! Crack him open like a seafood special!

[The crab shifts forward and takes a swing at Kevin, trying to snatch him up in its pincers.]
