1. Venture City in Peril! Dr. Devious’s army of Deviobots are ransacking the city! No, wait, Baron Von Tyrannosaur is back with another dinosaur army! No, wait, it's... really, ther's a lot of different ways a city can be imperiled. However, no matter the threat, it’s up to you, the Omegafriends, to save the day - but you’ll need to work together to repel the forces of evil.

2. A Hero is Born! What started as an ordinary day was thrown into chaos as your newfound superpowers began to suddenly awaken! What perilous problems and zany antics will this bring about? Stay tuned to find out!

3. The Adventure Mundane! It's not all over-the-top heroics here - sometimes, ordinary day-to-day life can be just as much trouble! On the trail of a story for the Daily Venture? Frantic last-minute studying for tomorrow's math test? Harassing people to sign petitions on street corners? Hitting the arcade to destroy simulated villains instead of real ones? [A blink, and Philip turns in her direction with wide eyes and a perplexed expression.]

Oh-- I intend to eat it, just not yet. It would be a shame to ingest it before I had the proper chance to look it up. I would not be opposed to sharing when I'm through, however.

[Yes Philip, because sharing your hot dog with a random stranger is totally not a bad idea at all.]

"Oh, why, it's not exactly my lair, you see." Himiko spread her arms slightly, showing she was entirely unarmed. Of course, she would likely be considered suspicious still, being not entirely human.

"You can't truly beliee that someone such as I would bog themselves down with a substandard lair like this? I'm merely... inspecting it."

She placed a golden chalice to the side carefully as she said so.

Why did people always have to come and disturb her when she was trying to make a part of the loot disappear for her own ends?! Curse those meddlesome heroes - even when, technically, she was one of those herself, nowadays!

Hmm, little one... I wonder where I have seen you before.

[Of course she knew, there weren't many cats like this. Especially not in a VR simulation. And so, she patted the "cat" on the head.]

[Himiko ruffled the kitty's ears lightly.]

[ He wasn't a nice guy, but he tries to be one. Some days he is better at it than other days. Today just is one of his bad days. ]

Those that do know won't or can't say. [ He waves a hand as if dismissing the line of questions and half turns to the vendor to ask for a hot dog. ]

You really should go home; this isn't a safe neighborhood.

[Well, Himiko was engaged in something, writing a tanka poem, to be precise. Outside of a cafe, with a steaming cup of tea next to her.
After Philip's comment, she added a few, final strokes, placed the brush to the side, then peered at the teenager, curious herself.]

Oh? What part in particular, I wonder?

Hey, since when are kitties trained?

Oh, I'm sure that even the most rogue kitten can be trained, assuming proper patience and much positive reinforcement~

Oh, they're up to snuff, certainly. Not as powerful as me, of course, but they get the job done.

And well, if you don't want them I could just go find some other person to give them to...

Discord rolls his eyes, listening to the spiel as though he'd heard it a thousand times.

"Well, if you and your significant other simply must know, I am here because there is chaos."

He gestured around them to the city. Things were being destroyed, innocents hurt, and in the middle of it all, Discord was sitting back and eating popcorn. "It's very wonderful chaos too, so I simply couldn't miss it."

[ It's a good thing that Kerbal-X is here to take out that Pterasaur with a laser cannon before he could blast the foxy lady off her perch. ]

Be careful! Showboating like that can get you hurt!

[ Congratulations Conduit. You're so small time, that you're now a Minion's minion. Enjoy being on the bottom of this superpower totem pole. ]

There was a few moments as they seemed to be mumbling to one another. The armor adjusts, seeming to put a heavier mode into the arms and chest, the thrusters on the back getting smaller as a response.

"Are you a cause of chaos or simply seek it?" She said, her voice far heavier than before. Clearly she had some sort of experience with chaotic elements. Though nothing like Discord.

[Himiko did not react immediately (although the Kerbal was entirely correct! Those dramatic pole positions really had a lot of drawbacks) - she first sent her gathered blasts towards a few robots. But after confirming the hit, she jumped down gracefully, looking for her savior.]

Truly a good point! But then, by doing so I would rob the courteous heroes of this place of a chance to show their superb marksmanship, and I would never be so cruel~

The thrusters adjust as the boots and spirals cool down, looking around slowly. Though Himiko not being entirely human wasn't really a total concern to someone who wasn't human to begin with. Spark was an alien and Zapps was an AI. She did watch the chalice get tossed, more out of curiosity. Though the eye above the two normal ones did focus on her while the head turned.

"Well, if you're admitting you're a bad guy, this doesn't matter if its your lair or not! Let's fight!" She stated, thrusting back up and thrusting towards Himiko at high velocity with an energy backed first flying over at her.

Spark was also suitably confused, looking around for a few moments. Zapps joined in that. Then focusing back on her. "I don't know. Think we should look for it? Maybe it's the person we're looking for," Spark stated.

"I-" Himiko started, but the interloper was attacking already - she didn't even have time to try to charm them!

My, the people of this day and age were rash!

Considering that punches were really not appreciated, she immediately dove to the side...

Both towards the left AND towards the right, herself heading left, and a created shadow double moving right. That should confuse the hostile hero somewhat, so she could set up something to bind said hero!

Aw shucks, just doing the same you'd do for me, right? And my marksmanship ain't so hot-not compared to some.

[The jetpack equipped hero turned, covering Himiko and covering her with his laser pistols as similarly equipped Velociraptors, both Jurassic Park and scientifically accurate ones, assailed them.]

The secondary eye followed right while the proper eye went left. She kept thrusting forwards, but spun around while she said. "FIREPOWER!" Her enlarged forearms and rocket boosters for her arms changing into a large rifle. "SPLIT!" She ripped the rifle in two, producing two smaller guns with which she fired at both the shadow copy and the real image. The bolts were electrical shot, designed to stun and incapacitate.

I suppose I could do a heroes duty, sometimes, that is!

[Himiko focused on the colorful, feathered menace and raised a kind of pitched-black wall out of the shadow of the pole, blocking several of them, so their (innaccurate, of course) shots would be even less of a problem, then fired yet another salvo.]

Their feathers would look pretty as a kind of accessoire, I'd say~

[Not the strangest thing to come across in this city, honestly.]

Shotaro Hidari. [He points up at that cat.] And there's a little girl who's crying about her missing cat.

[Philip getting kidnapped by natives is the very last thing he wants.]

[He looks around at the buildings, and then at the streets. Look at all this cobblestone. Shotaro had a bad feeling about this.]

Augh! Which means we'll have to catch her to get out of here.

[Someone walks by wearing something out of a renn faire and gives them both strange looks. For lack of anything better to do. Shotaro tips his hat to him.]

[A bit of grappling with a big one leads to Jeb bashing it's face in with his helmet using a fearsome headbut.]

They look a lot better than the shrink wrapped ones, that's for sure.
