1. Venture City in Peril! Dr. Devious’s army of Deviobots are ransacking the city! No, wait, Baron Von Tyrannosaur is back with another dinosaur army! No, wait, it's... really, ther's a lot of different ways a city can be imperiled. However, no matter the threat, it’s up to you, the Omegafriends, to save the day - but you’ll need to work together to repel the forces of evil.

2. A Hero is Born! What started as an ordinary day was thrown into chaos as your newfound superpowers began to suddenly awaken! What perilous problems and zany antics will this bring about? Stay tuned to find out!

3. The Adventure Mundane! It's not all over-the-top heroics here - sometimes, ordinary day-to-day life can be just as much trouble! On the trail of a story for the Daily Venture? Frantic last-minute studying for tomorrow's math test? Harassing people to sign petitions on street corners? Hitting the arcade to destroy simulated villains instead of real ones? The sky's the limit!

4. Welcome to the Omegabase! The super-secret underground Omegabase has it all - training centers, VR simulators, free snack machines, but most important is a whole lot of Supers! Take a minute to kick back and get to know your fellow heroes.

1. [Venture City in Peril! And it sure was! Apparently, the dinosaur army had attacked at the same time the Deviobots were mounting their own, equally fiendish assault! People were running in the streets while the evil armies of evil were fighting - mostly with each other.

Still, the property damage was mounting, and heroes were clearly needed.

In the middle of this mess, standing on a convenient pole (because dramatic standing is important), was a dark figure. Not only was she wearing a dark, black dress, her eyes were also as dark as night - not to mention that she was gathering a massive amount of shadowy energy in her hands, ready to blast whatever her target was!

(Feel free to take her as a hero or villain, whatever you might prefer! She was about to blast a couple Deviobots, but it'd be easy to assume she was targeting the civilians nearby, instead...)]



4.[Welcome to the Omegabase! The super-secret underground Omegabase has it all - training centers, VR simulators...

The VR Simulator was already occupied, it seemed. But whoever had done so had forgotten to lock the doors. Inside, it was set to a version of ancient Japan, on a nice summer day. Cherry blossoms filled the air near what looked like an old temple.

Someone was sleeping on the altar, enjoying the sunlight and peaceful atmosphere. One does not disturb a sleeping cat, but what about a sleeping fox?]

[There's a familiar cat trotting up to the altar, staring inquisitively at the fox]

[The foxy woman was truly snoozing. Every so often, her ear would twitch, as would the tip of one of her tails. Aside that, she was motionless, like a princess straight from a fairytale clichée.

Well, aside the hair. Princesses usually had blonde hair, after all!]

[At which point the fox jerked up, started - those tails were sensitive, after all. Of course, that sudden movement might startle the cat as well!]

[Yes, a little startling! But not as startled as the fox, so she'll meow reassuringly]

Hmm, little one... I wonder where I have seen you before.

[Of course she knew, there weren't many cats like this. Especially not in a VR simulation. And so, she patted the "cat" on the head.]

[The cat would just rub her head against Himiko's hand in response, purring]

[If it was anybody else, she'd probably claw them instead]

[Himiko ruffled the kitty's ears lightly.]

[And, abruptly, that's a young woman you're ruffling the hair of instead of a cat]

Hey, since when are kitties trained?

Oh, I'm sure that even the most rogue kitten can be trained, assuming proper patience and much positive reinforcement~

[And Himiko kept ruffling, she didn't mind.]

[ It's a good thing that Kerbal-X is here to take out that Pterasaur with a laser cannon before he could blast the foxy lady off her perch. ]

Be careful! Showboating like that can get you hurt!

[Himiko did not react immediately (although the Kerbal was entirely correct! Those dramatic pole positions really had a lot of drawbacks) - she first sent her gathered blasts towards a few robots. But after confirming the hit, she jumped down gracefully, looking for her savior.]

Truly a good point! But then, by doing so I would rob the courteous heroes of this place of a chance to show their superb marksmanship, and I would never be so cruel~

Aw shucks, just doing the same you'd do for me, right? And my marksmanship ain't so hot-not compared to some.

[The jetpack equipped hero turned, covering Himiko and covering her with his laser pistols as similarly equipped Velociraptors, both Jurassic Park and scientifically accurate ones, assailed them.]

I suppose I could do a heroes duty, sometimes, that is!

[Himiko focused on the colorful, feathered menace and raised a kind of pitched-black wall out of the shadow of the pole, blocking several of them, so their (innaccurate, of course) shots would be even less of a problem, then fired yet another salvo.]

Their feathers would look pretty as a kind of accessoire, I'd say~

Only sometimes, huh? What do you consider yourself then?

[A bit of grappling with a big one leads to Jeb bashing it's face in with his helmet using a fearsome headbut.]

They look a lot better than the shrink wrapped ones, that's for sure.

Why, I'd consider myself to be merely a laid-back lady~

[Himiko smiled cheerfully and distracted another velociraptor with a shadow version of her newfound ally.]

I suppose that's why they want to nibble on us. They know we've got our eyes on those pretty feathers...

[Well, that's only mildly off-putting, that black-suited dopelganger. Jeb feels the urge to smash that guy's face it-it must be a White Stig/Black Stig thing.]

You've got your eyes on them like a fox watching chickens. Me, I just prefer to watch.

Why, that is because I am a fox, in a way.

[It was pretty evident, from her looks.]

But unlike most, I'd prefer tofu over chicken. And these foul beasts would never be allowed to touch my Palate.

You are one knowledgeable marksman!

[Himiko didn't skip a beat, although she was surprised he, ah, knew some things.]

I'm all natural, as I appear! No secrets or deception from my end~

Internet's a wonderful thing, let me tell you. You can learn all kinds of things. Like that I'm an astronaut, don't you know?

I did indeed not know - although that does explain your outfit!

[Mind you, astronauts were not exactly something she had gotten to yet. Catching up with all developments of human society took a while, especially when one liked frequent naps.]

And indeed, no deception. Of course, accusing a lady of decieving with her looks would be rude, and surely a dashing marksman such as you would not even imply such a thing!

[She cheerfully dodged a Velociraptor and plucked a feather as it went past, which embarassed the poor lizard so much that he/she dashed behind a car, covering the spot with one claw. Poor thing.]

No shame in a little dye. Lots of ladies do it, no deception intended.

[And then the raptor came flying back, chased by a clutch of Devibots. So what does Jeb do? Grab the lady, and trigger his jetpack!]
