It wasn't long before they carted them down into a dark cellar. They seemed incapable of speech, the shrouded figures grinding to a halt in front of one of their number in a large white hat, gray robes, and one mask. Though this one spoke. "What are these... things?" He asks the Shy Guys. They make hand gestures for a bit before jumping into an acrobatic arch over the Cops to indicate they were being presented. They fall out of formation quickly.

"Oh. Gifts! I love gifts. I wonder what they can do."

Sorry good sir, but we are not gifts! I regret to inform you that there has been a technical error! We are stolen goods! Four for the price of none!

What were these things. What were they saying. Lubricant and Prototype chickens? "Would you take those to Chef Guy. He's been bugging me all day!" They take the goods before leaving him alone with COPS. He just looks them over for a few now.

"So you are ALL POWERFUL? Could you upgrade my tank to fire even bigger lightning bolts?"

"Let me get my tank then." He gestures, a two shy guys getting on each other shoulder's to push the cart along with him as he comes over to his giant, pink, toy like tank, with a large lighting bulb on the top. The shy guys push over towards the front of the Tanks, which provokes a facepalm from General Guy. "The back! They are supposed to get in!" He yelled. Though in general, he seemed to have no indoor voice whatsoever.

He climbed into the tank, opening it up to let them wheel the Cops inside the Tank. The tank had three shy guys in the front with General guy on his large, oscillating chair. It slowly lowered and turned so he could look at Cops. "Now! How does one interface your forms with... as you called it, automechanics. May prove helpful in mixing you up with my tank!"
