[Venture City's banks are vaunted for their good insurance. That's kind of a necessity when you're in a city laden with supervillains, but it bears repeating, especially when a supervillainous scheme strikes a storage of savings suddenly.
Some plots are, however, more elaborate than others. This particular one's pretty simple, overall. A ten-year-old girl just froze the doors, then shattered them, walking into the vault, grabbing a bag full of unmarked cash, and just came out of the vault.
