[Some of them go down for the count in explosions! But there were some staggers who managed to survive through the assault and more to come. Gaim casually shoots up a thumbs-up over to Peace's direction. She probably couldn't see him grinning underneath the armor, but it's apparent that he was smiling through his voice.]

No problem! Heroes gotta help out one another, right?

[Knives worked out for the weaker ones, but he might have to switch up his approach a little for the stronger looking bots. He'll take out his trusty old Watermelon Lock Seed.]

I'll see if I can take care of some those stronger tin cans. Think you can cover me?

[Lori, for her part, was in a good position as several bots approached to launch one well-placed sonic blast. Normally, that wouldn't have done much - except for how it accelerated their throw-induced movement, slamming it against a wall with enough force to keep it down a little.]

The shot probably would work better on looser sleeves, but the shot did lightly cut into her arm, sending her other reflexively onto the shoulder.

I understand. I am indeed "awesome." We do not typically sign things on G'loot Praktaw, but I have occasionally filled out paperwork for human beings in the area.

I am under onus to you for your explanation, which I shall fulfill with the signing of my name. [She still doesn't need your life story, man. He rotates the book to a writing position as he tries to recall what his signature looks like in English.]

[In order to stop an attack this big, the Omegafriends need to call in everyone they can, but unfortunately that takes time. Time they don't have given that every second they don't act could mean people hurt or killed. That's why Superman shows up ahead of the rest of the group, to buy them whatever time he can by shifting the deviobots attention from the city to him. He's able to hold his own for a little while, disabling almost two dozen bots before massed plasma cannon fire takes him out of the air. The second he hits the ground, they're on him, and it's taking everything he has just to stay in the fight. He needs backup, and soon ...]

Her internal monologue done, Ruby Rose pulls out a small metal box that rapidly unfolds and changes into a sniper rifle. She's standing in front of a convenience store just a bit away, so it's child's play to snipe off a few with a maximum-output energy blast from her gun. And when a few of them take their attention off of Superman to look at her, she's there among them, her rifle changing form and becoming a ridiculous red, metallic scythe, slicing through robots like a hot knife through butter.

She takes a moment to glance over at Superman. ]

So, hi there! You, uh, drop by often?

At the park's entrance stands Katherine-- or, uh, Golden Goose-- dressed up in her suit, mask, and boots. She's supposed to be looking for her mystery partner, but she's a little pre-occupied...]
