1. Venture City in Peril! Dr. Devious’s army of Deviobots are ransacking the city! No, wait, Baron Von Tyrannosaur is back with another dinosaur army! No, wait, it's... really, ther's a lot of different ways a city can be imperiled. However, no matter the threat, it’s up to you, the Omegafriends, to save the day - but you’ll need to work together to repel the forces of evil.

2. A Hero is Born! What started as an ordinary day was thrown into chaos as your newfound superpowers began to suddenly awaken! What perilous problems and zany antics will this bring about? Stay tuned to find out!

3. The Adventure Mundane! It's not all over-the-top heroics here - sometimes, ordinary day-to-day life can be just as much trouble! On the trail of a story for the Daily Venture? Frantic last-minute studying for tomorrow's math test? Harassing people to sign petitions on street corners? Hitting the arcade to destroy simulated villains instead of real ones? A princess wouldn't have normal standards, right? If a princess was just like anybody else, they wouldn't be much of a princess.

[He doesn't mind-- or perhaps doesn't notice being studied. He turns the hot dog around another few times before curiously taking a bite out of it, chewing thoughtfully and rattling off another collection of useless facts with his mouth still partially full of processed meats.]

Street vendors can get better dogs, but the best are at baseball games. I think it's in the way they are cooked there.

[ Nope, he lives with a floating winged bird arm creature and a jungle man. Talking with your mouth full doesn't phase him at all. ]

Oh? Are you a college student?

[He pauses to swallow his mouthful of food, though more because he's discovered it's challenging to actually talk around it than for any sense of table manners. He looks entirely interested for a moment, then seems to space out entirely before he starts talking again.]

Hot dogs and baseball have been associated since as early as 1893 via a German man named Chris von der Ahe, who owned both the Saint Louis Browns and an amusement park. [He looks momentarily confused.] Is it common to own a baseball team? Does one just keep the players like pets? No, no, it's more like owning a club that they all participate in, I see...

[...Joji he's only about half paying attention to you, so he missed your question. No, he is not a college student at all. He's just a hikikomori.]

[Yup, it's another cat up in the trees. It's staring down at you with oddly blue eyes... and judging you (maybe?) for the name you're calling the other cat. Fluffer-nutter? Really?]

Lucky for the pair of you, Philip is not your average teenager prone to fun-making or name-calling at unusual or startling sights. He is, in fact, quite starkly the opposite! Thus, happening upon Spark and Zapps, he stops walking as he passes them, glances sidelong and then over his shoulder, and then takes a handful of steps backward and begins to immediately appraise them. The armor was unlike anything he'd ever seen, and while he seemed to have the sense to not reach out and touch something he was not only entirely unfamiliar with but unable to conjure keywords to run a search about, he certainly appears to be entertaining the idea.

"How utterly fascinating," he mutters under his breath.

[ Well. This kid is something more than a kid, isn't he. In fact, Joji decides to see what would happen if he moves in a little closer and says the thing that is always on his mind. ]

You know so much about hot dogs... What do you know about Kamen Riders?

[A rather odd, young(?) Japanese lady in a cloak with cat ears (the cloak, not the girl) is just kind of interrupting your monologue]

[That question sobers him immediately, though he manages to not give too much away by looking too startled. He tilts his head, looking skyward and rubbing at his chin in thought.]

I've heard of them. [And, you know, might be the right half of Venture City's resident Rider.]

Spark finally got the hint that you do not haggle in these modern stores. Zapps berated her that she should know better, because that's how it is at most places at home too. Not that anyone around them could understand their unique assortment of aural sounds. Philip might notice that there was a ring of blue around the head of the armor, with an eye spinning around from the front to focus on him. The head looks up and the eye bugs out before the head turns over towards Philip.

Spark comes over and then looks up again, much to the dismay of whatever the eye was on that band. The suit itself has more normal eyes on it as well. Blue glowy though. Rest of the armor was mostly white. "Hi. Need something?" She asked, trying to downplay walking around with a robotic suit on.

The need to make a pressure suit other than Zapps rising.

A minister! [Discord laughs again, although he seems to be thinking the offer over.]

Well, before I give away any magical artifacts, I should know who I is I'm giving them to.

[He's giving you his attention, Mine~]

The strangeness of the sounds they made, communicating (or so Philip had to assume), the swiveling eye turning its attention to him before the head of armor, along with just about everything else about the suit proved to delight Philip in a way that made him appear much more childishly excited than was explicitly common for a human his age. ...Though Spark and Zapps may not have much to cross-reference that with, all things considered.

He brought his eyes up first to the independent one that spun toward him before the head, then down to the glowing blue ones and back up, shifting between them uncertainly with a wide smile on his face.

"Not at all, I'm just admiring the-- craftsmanship, would you call?" He almost reached out again to touch it, but folded his fingers until he balled his hand into a fist, pressing his knuckles into the side of his face to quell the urge.

Fair enough. Princess Mint, and don't you forget it!

A... princess. [Even if Discord kept his tone chipper, the disgust was clear as day on his face. He shook it off as best he could and bowed slightly.]

I am Discord, lord of chaos and disharmony, and keeper of magical artifacts.

[ It at least got Philip from talking forever about baseball and hot dogs, even though this doesn't seem to be one of the subjects he would go on about.

Or was it caution speaking? ]

A lot of people heard about them. Do you know anything more than rumors?

Alright, so let's see these artifacts already.

[So impatient and impetuous... a(n ex-)princess she may be, but she certainly doesn't act much like one]

Discord's gaze briefly intensified as he heard both voices speak. He almost looked interested in whatever the heck this was.

"Hmm," he reclined in his floating seat, taking this new being, new beings, in. "Well, you'd be wrong if you assumed otherwise."

Well, the first, and admittedly best artifact I possess is...

Me! I am over a thousand years old, and brimming with chaotic energies, enough to turn this entire city upside down.

Zapps and Sparks did indeed crash into a living room, though on first glance it's arguable whether somebody actually lives there or not.

Except maybe that young(?) woman in the odd cloak, except she looks a little too clean to be living in such a run down place.

"Oh, hey, nice. I've always wanted to be almost crushed out of nowhere by a suit of armor."

The sarcasm is dripping from this one.

What? You? You're not an artifact, you're a person! I can't use you!

Only the city?! That's it? I can't believe I wasted my time talking to this (expletive) pervert!

Listen here, you little brat! I could turn this entire planet inside out if I wanted to! I could plunge it into the sun! I could punch it to bits with the moon and remake it in my own image!

[huff... huff...]

And I have other artifacts as well, scattered around the area.

[Caution speaking, for certain, but he wasn't about to make that evident given he had no idea who or what Joji was, or why he was interested.]

[He looks distractedly thoughtful again, like he had about the hot dogs and baseball.]

"Kamen Rider"; through rumors and personal deduction, someone masked who rides some manner of something during the act of upholding safety and justice in the city in which they reside. Most rumors dictate that they ride motorcycles, though I must say it would be interesting to see someone in a mask riding a horse, as in old Western movies.

[...Nice coverup, Philip.]

Rumors also dictate that "Kamen Rider"s have some manner of transformation from their normal selves to their masked vigilantism, not unlike famed members of the OmegaFriends. Data is inconclusive in regard of whether or not Kamen Riders are members of the OmegaFriends.

Yeah, right. Now you mention turning the world inside out. How convenient.

You said yourself you're your most powerful artifact, so I doubt your other artifacts are much better.

The armor was fairly well made, the interlocking pieces clearly well meshed together yet capable of considerable movement should the designer require that. Judging by its shape, there was a whole arsenal of toys up their sleeve.

As for their reference, honestly Spark knew that childish excitement in the face of high technology all to well. Imagine her glee in making this suit? That was basically the same as his expression. She had a different expression of course, given a different face, but she had enough knowledge to recognize it. "Thank you! I made it myself, though Zapps helped on the specs and materials. That's what I named the AI onboard." She taps the eye visor above her eyes. He made a sound that sounded like a deflated sigh.
