Overview: He's a villain who is obsessed with endings, which basically means that he thinks that the world needs to end. He also carries around a creepy little doll with him at all times and will freak out if you touch it.

Oh, and he can turn into a dinosaur monster.

Going On: He's currently plotting on how best to end the world while stealing interesting doll accessories.

Upcoming Plans: He'll be lurking around places and making Yummies, monsters that are designed to gather desire and turn it into power he, as a Greeed, can use. He'll also be trying to frame Ankh for this, because he is a jerk that way.

Looking For: CR with other villains would be good, as would CR with heroes he thinks he can manipulate to carry out his own nefarious ends.

So. You know some crazy guy at a biker bar is collecting those weird colored coins? He also seems to hang out in this totally big building and there are weird people going in all the time too.

Maki maintains that Eiji just keeps getting lucky, but someday that luck will end...(so yes, they definitely need to meet again so Maki can fume at constant thwarting)

"What KIND of CR with other villains?" He said, stroking his beard thoughtfully.

Well, what Maki really wants is to end the world, even if he's very bad about allying with other villains, using them, and then disposing of them when it suits him. He's a terrible ally, even if he'll play nice for a little while.

He'd be pretty okay with Viktor's fixation on machines--he's a dinosaur creature and, he thinks, more than human anyway, so he can understand that desire to improve upon human imperfection.

Perhaps if he offered to help fund Viktor's research with the intention of leaving him high and dry at a critical moment?

He would so do that. He would then use the crushed dreams to make monsters and gather more power for himself, and he wouldn't be sorry about it at all.

Oh man I love it. Viktor will be all "IT COULD HAVE BEEN BEAUTIFUL, YOU STUPID BASTARDS! IT COULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT! WHYYYYYY!?" and Maki will drink the delicious tears as he gets carted off to jail and/or an asylum.

Yesssss, this will be a most excellent villain team-up! And then Viktor can learn an important lesson about other villains: never trust a man who won't make eye contact with anyone other than the weird little doll perched on his shoulder.
