From: Fire Emblem Awakening
Overview: A huge dork that is super excited about being a hero. Also, she is from a medieval society so she gets unreasonably excited about dumb normal things.
Going On: Not much! She will maybe team up with the Precure to fight Skeletor, and she should be getting some new powers soon, but otherwise she is just getting used to being in a weird, futuristic city.
Upcoming Plans: Well, once she does get those new powers, she'll want to practice them, which basically means she will be getting into lots of fights. EXCITING COMBAT LOGS ARE GO
Looking For: Nothing really long term, but she could definitely do with some romance?? I dunno, I feel like her actually trying to date someone would just be a hilarious trainwreck.

Going On: Currently, Erika is freaking out about Evil Blossom and Evil Moonlight! Hopefully Sunshine will be joining the team soon, and there will be a big heartful battle. After that, well, school is starting soon, and Erika has yet to start on her summer reading list.
Upcoming Plans: After the above, nothing! Aside from Cure Training and being an excited loser.

Going On: Currently, sleuthing up on the skewed heroes/villains, and trying to find clues as to the origins. Also, being swept off her feet by some loser with anime ears.

From: Kamen Rider Decade
Overview: He's the guy that made the Decade and Diend Drivers that allow two losers to turn into Kamen Riders. Said Drivers also have an interesting thing that allows their wielders "borrow" the forms/clones of other Riders, thus making them a little bit crazy power-wise. He was once a super villain lackey, but after getting his arm ripped off by the Great Leader guy, he decided to quit the villain thing and go legit. It's not working out at 100%, even several dimensions away from his home world.
Going On: He is being a mad scientist by waking up Ankh, collecting Core Medals, tracking down other possible Kamen Riders, and has a bit of a reputation for a short temper and a mean right hook.
Upcoming Plans: Nothing really concrete though I'd love to give him a reason top create more Rider Arms, and maybe give some supers Kamen like armor.
Looking For: More Kamen Riders! More Toku! More not too sure if good guy or bad guy!

Overview: He's a kid turned into a lion infused with dark magic, transferred from his home city of Paragon, RI, he's basically here to learn how to be a better hero, currently staying at the Sigma Spire. People in the magical community who know the know might make the connection from him to his grandfather who has a reputation as a magical super villain from the old days.
Going On: Currently he's adjusting and just doing basic patrolling around the city. Nothing big.
Upcoming Plans: Thinking about him receiving a package from his grandfather, or his grandfather's associated filled with some magical artifacts and trinkets that must be protected or used as Macguffins for plots.
Looking For: Good CR, bad CR, ugly CR. Whatever you want to throw at him honestly. I'd appreciate some adult characters winning him over and more people his age to hang out with. [He's 13]

Overview: Well intentioned researcher turned hero (turned anti-hero turned hero again) who always seems to wind up trusting the wrong person and being on the wrong side of things with a reputation for shooting people in the face and being not quite good enough to actually do what needs to be done.
Going On: Recently arrived, trying to find work, trying to fit in, fretting over his comatose girlfriend he's trying to find a cure for her coma for.
Upcoming Plans: Not yet! Still new!
Looking For: Tachibana has this bad habit of trusting people who appear to be reasonable authority figures but are really just using him to some evil end and utterly missing all the warning signs that someone may not be up to something good. This is a trend that would be awesome to continue in this game!

Overview: (Who is this person?) Saft is a teen, dealing with having firey super-powers (Not to mention not knowing what actually happened to her real parents.) and not quite knowing what her options are from there. She really wants to join a super group but she's worried that because she doesn't really know much about her powers or where they came from she probably won't get accepted so she might try out the vigilante thing at some point and see how she gets on from there.
Going On: Plot wise? Not much. She's only just joined the game so she's been making a few acquaintances here and there.
Upcoming Plans:
*SUDDENLY A DRAGON. - Something's going to trigger off her first transformation into her dragon form at some point but not sure how.
*NIVALIS, I AM YOUR FATHER. - A creepy figure in a dark suit keeps causing trouble for Saft and causing trouble for citizens around the city to try and draw her out, but who is he? and why does he know so much about her powers etc etc...?
Looking For: Saft wants to make friends with someone who won't judge her for being so...well Saft and will accept her. (Probably someone around her own age.) She's kind of reckless too so if any of the bad guys have something to offer her despite knowing full well it's wrong she may very well be tempted to jump on it depending it's gong to be worth her while or not.

Character: Ankh
From: Kamen Rider OOO
Overview: A giant jerk villain/anti-hero who is currently impeded in just how giant a jerk he can be because he can only manifest himself as a floating red hand. He will steal your ice pops, yell at you and call you dumb, demand unreasonable things, and possibly worm his way into your heart because deep down all he really wants is to be human. (Or human like. Or at least have a proper sense of taste again.)
Going On: Ankh is currently running into his old friends (and only barely recognizing most of them), and otherwise settling himself into Venture City. He's getting his memories back together little by little, and is waiting to be a little more certain before initiating plans.
Upcoming Plans: About those plans that he intends to initiate? Ankh can turn people's desires into monsters, that then create "Cell Medals" that he uses to rebuild/power himself. Said monster then kidnaps the person it was made from, builds a "nest", and showers the person with that thing that they desire most. He's going to be floating around looking for a person with a powerful enough desire to make a worthwhile monster! PC volunteers to create this monster are welcome, as are PC volunteers for finally taking the thing down after it runs wild for a while!
Looking For: I'd love for Ankh to sit down and have a chat with some of the other villains and see if maybe they can conspire on something mutually beneficial. I'd also be down with him getting on the bad side of a hero or two. Or even the bad side of some regular people. (Right now, a regular person with enough determination and a heavy enough object could probably beat the crud out of him. Slapstick antics are very much welcome. He kind of deserves it.)

Overview: He was orphaned in the jungle as a baby, grew up without much human contact, and has now ended up in Venture City. He also turns into a lizard-bug-thing to fight evil.
Going On: He's not up to much, just getting his bearings because cities are scary and overwhelming for a guy who just got in on a slow boat from the jungle.
Upcoming Plans: I don't really have too much planned for him! He's just rolling right along being a crimefighting lizard-bug-thing.
Looking For: Amazon is basically eternally open to being taught new and interesting things about cities and the modern world. I'd also like for him to formally join the Omegafriends, because he's got no idea how to do this.

Overview: He's a villain who is obsessed with endings, which basically means that he thinks that the world needs to end. He also carries around a creepy little doll with him at all times and will freak out if you touch it.

Going On: He's currently plotting on how best to end the world while stealing interesting doll accessories.
Upcoming Plans: He'll be lurking around places and making Yummies, monsters that are designed to gather desire and turn it into power he, as a Greeed, can use. He'll also be trying to frame Ankh for this, because he is a jerk that way.
Looking For: CR with other villains would be good, as would CR with heroes he thinks he can manipulate to carry out his own nefarious ends.

Character: George Parley
From: Gunnerkrigg Court
Overview: Parley is the daughter of a world famous psychic (He filled out her birth certificate many month before she was born to show off his powers, and got every detail right but the name, hence her name.). She is from England, but is studying under various superheroes in the United States, as all signs say that she will eventually manifest psychic powers of her own. As of yet, none have appeared.
Going On: Right now, Parley is learning whatever any of the other Omegafriends will teach her, and crushing on Itsuki, who she thinks is a boy.
Upcoming Plans: Eventually, Parley is going to have some kind of confrontation with Itsuki that will make her latent powers activate, teleporting them both and everyone around them to her bedroom, because of impure thoughts. She will be horribly embarrassed, but will also gain the power of subconscious spatial distortion, allowing her to teleport instantaneously, accurately, but not to control when or where she does this.
Looking For: People to make fun of the circumstances of her psychic awakening. People she can boss around. Other sword people.

Overview: Totally off his rocker Russian scientist who wants to turn all of humanity into badass immortal cyborgs. He calls it the Glorious Evolution.
It'll be great, just you wait.
Going On: Viktor just offered to turn everyone into badass cyborgs. For his efforts, he got a lot of mockery, insults, and criticism. He did NOT get a lot of interested applicants. He's pretty angry about that.
Upcoming Plans: He's gonna stew in his own juices for a while, before ultimately invoking his ultimate plan to prove the frailty of human flesh by destroying the atmosphere, thus cooking everyone alive with UV rays AND making it harder to breath.
Looking For: People to take his stupid ass down before he kills someone.

Overview: A former brutal mercenary badass who stumbled upon magic powers and had a moral reawakening in the process. Now she's put her bloodthirsty murder days behind her and is a superhero with sunlight themed powers.

Upcoming Plans: Mainly I just want someone who can really do the whole superhero fighting evil thing. Parley is in training, and Viktor is a supervillain, so neither of them are likely to be in the thick of things when cyborg velociraptors attack.

But more specifically, she's canonically a hypercompetent, driven space marine with a hero complex who saves the galaxy from giant living spaceships who are in no way the Ur-Quan hierarchy, as well as idiot politicians and terrorists. In this game she would be a hypercompetent, driven regular marine who acquired superpowers and a hero complex and is bumming around Venture City observing the Omegafriends for the UN. Sarcasm and officer-and-gentleman behavior ensues.
Going On: Going to be apped hopefully some time before the 17th and will be coming in as basically a UN observer on all these wacky superheroes.
Upcoming Plans: Throwing bad guys around with gravity powers and adding a contrast of military discipline (well, military attitude toward discipline, which involves a lot of standing up straight and then doing whatever she thinks needs to be done anyway) to the game going on here.
Looking For: Heroes to fight crime with, anti-heroes to debate the merits of justice and mercy with, villains to have long chats with and then probably shoot anyway, younger heroes to give semi-unsolicited advice to...I'm pretty wide open, but the lady has Opinions in addition to gravity powers and a shotgun and expressing them is fun.

Overview: Spark is an alien from another planet who has come to Earth due to an exile, but fully plans on being a hero still. Zapps is an alien AI (To both her and others)who operates her suit. Spark is a fun loving girl interest in boys, fish, robotics, fish, rock music, and oh, did I mention fish? Zapps is more just along for the ride when it comes to interests of hers.
Going On: She's settling into Earth mostly, as per her what's going on. She's looking for a way to operate without Zapps outside of her ship.
Upcoming Plans: For now, feeling out the character. She's not going to be doing anything big for a bit. She does projects on her ship though just because she's bored, so other tech heroes might have something extra to talk about.
Looking For: Looking for a good supervillian to make a nemesis, a few friends to help show her around Earth, and maybe a boyfriend. If they can handle the alien lizard thing. Another tech hero to talk shop with would be great too.
