What? [And Skeletor whips around to find himself face to face with one of those accursed Omegafriends right now. Oh, he'll definitely need to have a little talk about security.

His eye sockets glow red in frustration for a moment before he settles down and chuckles.]

So it would seem. However, [as he speaks, a couple of those monstrous minions set up. Clawful and Whiplash, his big, dumb muscle] you'll soon find that you've made a much bigger mistake coming here alone.

[He points toward the two up on the antenna.] You two, complete the work on the device. The rest of you, destroy her!

[disembiggen]

[And so she attacks! A right hook with a fist four feet wide knocks Whiplash off his feet, but she has to fall back as Clawful picks up the pace.]

Where do you even get these guys? Bob's Discount Minion Shack?

[For all her banter, though, she has to admit that Skeletor has a point - five on one isn't good odds, even for Ms. Marvel.]

[That great big fist knocks Whiplash down, but there's a reason Skeletor keeps the big lug on the payroll and it definitely isn't for the brains. The reptilian ruffian is quickly back on his feet as Clawful snaps at Ms. Marvel with claws powerful enough to shred a car in two. Seeing her on the retreat, Whiplash himself comes in and swings that hefty, hammer tail at her.]

Joke while you can, hero. I promise you, you won't have much to laugh about for very long.

[banchocroquettes]

[And the hammer tail is stopped by one spiked baseball bat.

Mako's coat billows against the air dramatically. She adjusts her cap with her free hand, looking out from under the brim.]

Hey, it's not fair to gang up on people, you know!

[disembiggen]

Didn't you know, Skeletor? The Omegafriends never fight alone!

[Whiplash's tail bounces off the spiked bat and the duo take a step back at the sudden arrival of this new hero, staring dumbly for the moment.

Skeletor, meanwhile, is getting more frustrated. Where do these blasted Omegafriends keep coming from?!]

How touching. In that case, you will meet your doom together as well! [And he hefts the Havoc Staff, light gathering in the eyes of the ram's head, and unleashes a powerful blast of pure destructive force at the two Supers.]

[banchocroquettes]

[The blast has Mako bringing up her arm, trying to shield herself as she retreats back as well. Only enough to stand next to the other woman.]

You're alright so far, right?

[Hey, she has to check up on her comrade first, okay?]

[disembiggen]

[She survived, somehow, but they really can't take that staff lightly.]

The important thing is stopping that device before it starts up!
