Shy Guy Invasion-Shrunken Heroes abound-Player Plot

Greetings there, Venture City and Omegafriends. I'm going to be starting a plot with General Guy involving him trying to take over the city. Though really what we're here for is a silly plot involving shrunken heroes and their eventual unshrinking and thrawting a villains plot.

Will be posting stage 1 soon, anyone is welcome to thread. Those who thread there will be targets for shrinking in the coming stages, after-which the stages will start to close out.

Yo! I'm almost done with the app for this guy, but I wanna see if I can create some pre-established CR.

The Pirate King is basically the villainous version of the Phantom - in a sense, that it's a name and costume passed down from pirate to crook to minion etc throughout the centuries, and John's the latest guy and has been operating from an Airship for the last few years.

He's also got a thing for specifically targeting businessmen and banks when looting and pillaging.

So I'm looking for people he fought against, police officers that probably arrested him (too bad about those cardboard prison doors), villains he might've worked with and former crew members on his pirate ship.

Oh yeah, as he's part of a legacy, maybe someone he grows fond of that if something were to happen, he can pass the Pirate King mantle on.
